Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Contact information — your email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Identifiers — a user account ID, and an advertising/device identifier used by our ads provider (Google AdMob) in the free tier.
• Usage data — product interactions and feature usage, collected through analytics (PostHog) to improve the app.
• Diagnostics — crash and performance data to keep the app stable.

We do not collect payment card details: subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) and managed through RevenueCat.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and maintain your account and the app’s features.
• To generate AI match analysis, picks and coupons you request.
• To process and validate your subscription status.
• To measure usage, fix bugs and improve the product.
• To show ads in the free tier and, where required, request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency).

3. Advertising & tracking

The free tier shows ads via Google AdMob. On iOS, where tracking is used, we request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can decline, and you can change this anytime in your device settings. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

4. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties that process limited data on our behalf:

• Apple — subscription billing and App Store delivery.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Google AdMob — advertising (free tier).
• PostHog — product analytics.
• API-Football — football match data (no personal data shared).

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account or make a request, contact us at support@pickfox.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children’s privacy

PickFox is rated 18+ and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the required age.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
