1. What PickFox is

PickFox is an entertainment and statistical analysis product. It includes AI football analysis and a prediction game played entirely with virtual points (play-money).

PickFox does not accept real-money bets, is not a bookmaker, and you cannot win, withdraw or cash out real money. Virtual points have no monetary value.

2. Not betting advice

All analysis, picks, probabilities and coupons are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial or betting advice and come with no guarantee of accuracy or outcome. Any decisions you make outside the app are your sole responsibility.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions (PickFox Pro)

PickFox Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available monthly ($9.99 / ₺299) or annually ($79.99 / ₺2.399), and includes a 3-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s standard EULA for licensed applications.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
